Lee has over 20 years’ experience within a range of independent and multinational financial services organisations, most recently and since 2014 as Risk and Compliance Director of a mid-sized independent fiduciary business.

Lee has a science degree and post graduate certificate in education from the University of Southampton and subsequently spent a number of years teaching A level biology at a local independent college. 

On transitioning to a career in financial services, Lee obtained the ICA International Graduate Diploma in Compliance (Merit) through the University of Manchester Business School in 2009 and completed the Institute of Directors’ company direction programme in 2016, attaining the Certificate (Distinction) in Company Direction and following up with the Diploma in Company Direction.  

Lee has extensive knowledge and experience of the fiduciary industry and in particular the development and implementation of effective risk and compliance frameworks.  Lee joined Moore Stephens Guernsey in September 2022 as Head of Compliance.

Lee is married with 3 children and much of his spare time is taken up failing to control the family’s two rescued (and extremely energetic) Brittany spaniels.
